Pull request overview
This PR improves delegation offer previews by including a human-readable label for the delegation role (in addition to the existing role identifier), so consumers can display a friendly role name without additional policy lookups.

getRolefromdelegation-policyto resolve role metadata from the policy. - Extend
DelegationOfferPreviewto include an optionalroleLabel. - Populate
roleLabelincreateOOBInvitationusing the role’slabelfrom the delegation policy.
